Leadership Longview
A nine-month immersion into the people, places, and systems that shape Longview.
For over 40 years, Leadership Longview has been the flagship experience for developing informed, connected, and community-minded leaders. The program helps participants gain a deeper understanding of regional issues and opportunities — and learn how to lead effectively from any seat.
Participants experience:

- Industry, government, and nonprofit site visits

Leadership Longview prepares participants to serve on boards, lead teams, manage projects, and contribute meaningfully to Longview’s future.

Graduates of Leadership Longview strive to have their members remain engaged in the program and the community. Special events are held throughout the year specifically designed as social events and there are also tours arranged at points of interest in the community.

40 Under 40 Executive Series
Developing East Texas’ emerging leaders.
Launched in 2021 in response to employers’ needs, the 40 Under 40 Executive Series brings together young professionals from across the region to enhance their leadership strengths and build meaningful connections.
Participants gain:
