Leadership Longview is designed to identify, educate, and connect emerging and established leaders who are ready to make a meaningful impact in Longview. Through community study, leadership development, and hands-on involvement, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues, opportunities, and people shaping our region.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Build relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and learn from local decision-makers.
COMMUNITY AWARENESS
Explore key issues impacting Longview, including business, education, healthcare, local governmentm and quality of life.
CLASS PROJECT
Each class completes a project that benefits a local nonprofit and leaves a lasting impact.
TIME COMMITMENT
Leadership Longview is a serious commitment. Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and may only miss a limited amount of time. On the second absence, the participant will be dropped from the program.
