CHRISTUS Good Shepherd to Provide Free Sports Physicals at Spring Hill ISD
WHO: CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Health System will be providing free sports physicals to athletes from six area school districts.
WHAT: Free sports physicals are available to students from six area schools (Hallsville, Linden Kildare, Pine Tree, Spring Hill, Henderson, Leverett’s Chapel) in grades 8-11 who will participate in UIL athletic events next school year. The event will be staffed by approximately 90 people including doctors, physician assistants, athletic trainers, medical assistants and nursing students.
WHEN: 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., April 30, 2021
WHERE: Spring Hill High School Gymnasium and Athletic Wing (2800 East George Richey Road, Longview, TX 75605)
