Lift Your Non-Profit Board to Higher Effectiveness

Take your nonprofit board to the next level with this unique training opportunity that focuses on Purpose, Strategic Direction, Purposeful Duty, and Resource Utilization.  This half-day workshop is Wednesday, March 25, 2021, 8:30-11:30 a.m., at Pinecrest County Club, 214 S Club, Longview, Texas, 75602.  Registration is $20, with a group of 4 or more discount from the same organization.

Conducted by Bob Harris, CAE, a premiere leader in teaching and serving nonprofit management for over 30 years, based on two principles:  (1) Promoting the impact of nonprofits in America, and (2) Sharing the tools for successful associations and chambers.  He received “Association Partner of the Year” award from Association Trends Magazine in 2012.

Presented by Pinecrest Country Club, this workshop is ideal for new and veteran board members and staff to better understand Mission/Vision, Engagement, Compliance, Team Building and more!

Bob Harris, CAE, will present practical, relevant information to make volunteer leaders more effective. Through the use of examples, tips, tools, and templates, he will share information and encourage input and questions. The session is interactive – based on the core knowledge of nonprofit management and governance. He has more than 30 years of experience in serving associations and chambers of commerce.
