I’m excited to announce we are hosting a non-profit board training on Thursday, March 25th at Pinecrest Country; 8:30am – 11:30am. We have secured a national speaker who trains for the American Society of Association Executives, the U. S. Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Realtors and more! Bob Harris will be providing an amazing workshop that is ideal for new and veteran board members to better understand:
- Mission and Vision, Board Structure, and Meaningful Engagement
- Finance and Compliance
- Recruitment, Team Building, Improvement, and Evaluation
Now, I bet you are wondering who should attend. I’d recommend sending all your board members! Plus, anyone you are considering asking to serve on your board. Be sure and bring your staff and key volunteers with you as well.
Included is a registration form so you can have something to send to your board when asking them to give up a morning to help strengthen your organization.
